One of the most surprising films of the past year is the surprising social drama about 34-year-old Daniel from Seville. He is the first European man with Down's Syndrome to obtain a university degree. When Daniel gets a new job, he meets Laura, an open-minded colleague. Their friendship attracts the attention of friends and family who see a looming problem if Daniel falls in love with Laura.

Born in 1972 in Madrid, Alvaro Pastor studied screenwriting and film-making and has directed and produced five short films, including "Invulnerable", which won more than 40 international awards. He and highly trained actor Antonio Naharro have co-written five screenplays and co-directed the short feature, "One More, One Less", a 2002 Goya Award nominee. "Me Too" is the debut of the script-writing and directing duo. This sharp, humorous and touching film won the Audience Award at the Rotterdam International Film Festival.
